Axel Springer AG Intends to Sell ProSiebenSat.1 Stake

Axel Springer Aktiengesellschaft intends to conclude a purchase agreement with fellow shareholder KKR/Permira on the sale of its indirect stake in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG (12 percent each of the ordinary and preference shares). The purchase price for the shares amounts to a total of Euro 509,359,881.60 (average Euro 19.40 per ordinary and preference share).
